WWS is a global organization providing sports, and academic and artistic products and services that enhance, empower and develop communities and nations through enabling talented African individuals to realize their academic, sports and artistic dreams.

Mission
To develop and promote sporting, academic and artistic talent in Africa
Given its history, WWS focused on identifying and placing promising students with strong academic, sporting or artistic performance into international colleges and universities. Most of these students came from African schools, which have remained the major market for WWS. However, attention is now turning to schools in other countries around the world as well as the rest of English speaking Africa.
The operations of WWS are guided by five core values, namely, God-fearing, Integrity, Relationship, Communication and World-class.
